At Active Gang, we're committed to recognizing and appreciating the support of our holders. Through our innovative revenue share pool, we aim to share the success of our journey with those who believe in our brand. As a token of gratitude, our holders can anticipate exclusive rewards in the form of Merch Claims, NFT Upgrades, Digital Collectables and Utility Tokens. These unique benefits are our way of expressing gratitude and ensuring our community shares in the excitement and prosperity of the Active Gang experience.
Through our current partnership with NFTee Designs, 50% of all profits generated through the sale of our clothing line is added to the Revenue Share Pool. After we launch, our plan is to expand our product range and optimize costs to enhance the value of this incentive.
Each month, Active Gang will pledge $100 into a 'Community Wallet' and actively trade via calls that are given in our Alpha Channels. With a unique set of rules, we aim to complete a 23 Trades to 1 Million challenge, where a minimum of 50% will be added to the Revenue Share Pool.
Alongside members of our community, we plan to deliver a second series of our Active Gang Collections. This will be a small, exclusive collection designed largely by members of our community and promoted via the Active Gang network. At least 50% of the proceedings generated by this collection will be added to the Revenue Share Pool.
To become a Shareholder and participate in the Revenue Share Pool votes and rewards, you must own at least 5 Active Gang NFT's. The more NFT's you own, the larger stake you have in the pool.
If there are 50 individuals that own at least 5 Active Gang NFT's, those are our Shareholders
If those 50 people own a combined amount of 500 NFT's, the revenue share rewards will be divided into 500 before distributed to each member PER NFT they own. OR, each NFT would give you a 0.2% share of the Revenue Share Pool.
Based on the above, if you owned 20 Active Gang NFT's, your share of the pool would be 4%.
These numbers are only an example and the number of shareholders and NFT's in the pool could change at anytime as new tokens are minted or traded in the market.
Merch Claim - There will be different items you can claim based on the number of NFT's you own.
Digital Collectable - Exclusive Active Gang in-game items via our partnered project Planet-U.
NFT Upgrades - Shareholders will be able to claim exclusive traits and upgrade their NFT's.
Token Distribution - We would convert any funds into $TOPIA and use the HYTOPIA chain for fast and cost effective batch transfers. $TOPIA can easily be bridged on to the Ethereum network via the HYTOPIA website.
